Saudi Aramco (Sea Water Construction project): High performing cost-effective solution

Saudi Aramco is a globally renowned petroleum and natural gas multinational, based in Dhahran in Saudi Arabia. The multinational works closely with Japan JGC, a leading EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) contracting company in Oil & Gas sector, for all their complex, turnkey projects in the region.

For the Aramco project based in Al Jizaan, Japan JGC was looking for an industrial effluent tank solution provider. Given the unpredictability of the nature of industrial effluents, it is quite challenging to provide a cost-effective solution that will be completely corrosion resistant and abrasion proof. Not to mention, the solution had to meet the extremely rigorous quality requirements of Japan JGC and its client.

We proposed an epoxy coated bolted steel tank solution designed as per international quality standards. The factory applied coating would guarantee the reliability of the product, while use of bolted tanks meant low cost of transportation and erection. Within 45 days, Novarius team successfully completed the site installation complying with every quality specification laid down by the client.
